COUNSELLING & WELLBEING
Making Connections Wellbeing was established by Fiona Skene (MBACP) to provide a safe, comfortable, non-judgemental and confidential space to enable individuals to explore and make connections within their own lives. Our sessions take place at consulting rooms in Bushey, Hertfordshire.
I have spent over 20 years working with young people, families, parents and women; through my work as a residential social worker, working with homeless families, individuals / families in temporary accommodation, youth work and teaching, I have gained an insight into the demands, fears, loss of control and the sense of being overwhelmed that many of us may face. You can also find me on Psychology Today and Counselling Directory.
