THE CURIOUS PARADOX IS WHEN
I ACCEPT MYSELF JUST AS I AM,
THEN I CAN CHANGE.CARL ROGERS
Fiona Skene
MBACP
I have spent over 20 years working with young people, families, parents and women; through my work as a residential social worker, working with homeless families, individuals / families in temporary accommodation, youth work and teaching, I have gained an insight into the demands, fears, loss of control and the sense of being overwhelmed that many of us may face. You can also find me on Psychology Today and Counselling Directory.

Counselling can help you understand your inner-self, raise your awareness to live a more authentic life. Before taking a step into counselling, read about the types of counselling.
